How do you attach a wall graphic?
It's as easy as 1-2-3! Peel it. Stick it. Smooth it. Follow these simple steps, and you'll be on your way to admiring your custom wall graphic from your couch, desk or bed.
What if my wall graphic doesn't stick?
Wall graphics are meant for indoor use only. Did you apply it to a clean, smooth, dry surface? If not, chances are... it will not stick. If you think you have received a defective product, please call our toll free number at 1-866-483-7075.
What kind of surface does my wall graphic need to be applied to?
It is best if the wall is a clean, flat, dry surface. Wall graphics do not like to adhere to pebbly, rough, textured surfaces. Wallpaper is okay, but it needs to be clean, dry and smooth. However, you may want to check for peeling frequently if applied to a wallpapered surface. Some wallpapers are coated to make it easier to clean, but it makes a wall graphic harder to stick. A good way to test if the wall is clean is to dust a tissue across the surface. If it doesn't snag or pick up any dirt or dust, then you are ready to put up your graphic.
As a reminder, wall graphics are made for the indoors, so you're going to have to resist your temptations to put it on your car or garage door.
Will my wall graphic damage my wall?
No. Our wall graphics are backed with a special low-tack adhesive, making them safe for walls. They won't leave a sticky residue or pull the paint off the wall... that is if the wall was in good condition to begin with.
Should I save the original packaging and liner that the wall graphic is shipped in?
Yes. By saving the liner and shipping tube, this will make it easier for you to transport the graphic to a new location. Also, if you would need to return the wall graphic, it MUST be returned on the original liner.
How long will it take to receive my wall graphic?
Most orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days from the day your order was processed. If you are ordering large quantities, allow for approximately 3 weeks.
Please allow for one full business day for your order to be processed. Orders will be shipped Monday through Friday, except on holidays. Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered business days. If you place an order on Friday and let's say that Monday is considered a holiday, then your order will not be processed until Tuesday.
How should I save my file for output?
For best results, all photos should be a minimum of 300 dpi and at least 1500 pixels in each direction. Lo-res images will appear grainy. Photos can be mailed on a CD/DVD or flash drive to:
